Delivery

The maximum delivery time for all products from biosoftwares is 24 hours, unless otherwise specified (instant automated delivery).

Since all products sold by biosoftwares are digital, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns Policy

In cases where a refund is issued by us (e.g., order cancellation or out-of-stock products), refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Payments

The maximum payment period from the time an order is placed is 24 hours for all payment methods.

Warranty

Biosoftwares guarantees that all activation codes are legitimately acquired and fully functional for the designated platform.

However, we are not responsible for:

Software functionality or compatibility

Activation issues related to non-genuine software

Failure to follow developer-specific activation instructions (e.g., activation within a specific time frame)

Activation Code Redemption

We do not guarantee activation codes beyond 24 hours after delivery. This policy exists because we cannot ensure that a customer has not shared the activation key with third parties before attempting to redeem it.

If you plan to gift an activation key, we recommend purchasing it on the same day it will be used.

Activation Code Warranty

Activation codes are guaranteed for 24 hours from the moment the email is opened.

This does not apply to incorrect codes—if you receive an incorrect code, we will replace it immediately, regardless of the purchase date.

Our obligation is to provide a functional and legitimate activation code.

Customer Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the specifications, limitations, and legal requirements associated with any software they purchase. The misuse, illegal use, or unauthorized use of activation codes.

Issues resulting from failure to comply with software developer terms and conditions.

Losses or inconveniences arising from non-compliance with local software licensing regulations.

By purchasing and using any activation code from Biosoftwares, the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring its proper and legal use.

We are committed to providing high-quality, legitimate software, but the proper and legal use of our products is the sole responsibility of the customer. We encourage all users to make informed decisions when acquiring and activating software through Biosoftwares.
